School eDiary was designed to ease the huge task of managing the school records by the administration. We keep on adding new features to the application on a regular basis. All the modules have various sub-modules which have been organized in such an easy to remember way that users do not need to get confused every time regarding the various options. Most of the PDFs and Excel sheets generated from our application has been custom designed and formatted for premium feel and look.

Your institution owns the data; we process it on your instruction and for nothing else. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you are the Data Fiduciary and we are the processor. In practice: the platform runs on Amazon Web Services rather than a machine in your office, every connection is encrypted with TLS, backups run daily, each institution’s records are kept separate, and access is limited by the role your administrator assigns. We never hold card details — online payments go to a regulated gateway. You can export everything at any time, and we delete it on your written instruction. School eDiary is the mobile face of our ERP, so what it can show a parent depends on which modules the institution runs. On the full platform that means notices and circulars, homework, class diary, profile, attendance, timetable, examination results, fee dues and online payment, holiday list, bus tracking and feedback. Behind it, School On Web adds student, staff, certificate, library, account, stock, payroll, online admission, conveyance, SMS and user management. Modules such as hostel, visitor, alumni and document management can be added on request. Attendance can be automated with RFID or biometric devices, and the library with barcode readers or RFID tags. If your website is run by someone else, we provide APIs so report cards and fee payment can be published there.

Module wise user manual with step by step guide is made available in the application for reference of our users. Well trained executives are available on call / mail / chat as per requirement to provide support to our valuable customers. An internal issue tracking management system is integrated in the application to automatically track the issues so that our technical team can fix errors at the earliest.

We accept payments through direct wire transfer to our bank accounts. We also take payment using PayU & PayPal payment gateways.
