Before you ask us

Because the honest answer depends on two things we do not know yet: how many students you have, and whether you want the parent app, online payment and attendance hardware. A 200-student school and a 2,000-student school are not the same problem. Send us your strength and a list of what you need and you will get a single per-student figure, not a menu.

Yes. We introduced a free version with a limited module set for small government schools in 2016, and hundreds have run on it since. It is hosted, backed up and updated like any other account. There is no student cap and no trial clock — if the limited modules cover what you do, stay on it.

Not on the Complete plan. Give us your student and staff lists in whatever shape they are in — a spreadsheet, an export from your last system, or the registers — and we load them and check them with you before you go live. If the data needs unusual reconstruction we will tell you before we start, not after.

You take your data with you. We export students, staff, attendance, marks, fees and accounts in a readable format at no charge, and we delete our copies on your written instruction. It is your institution’s data — see Security & data protection for how that works.

By direct bank transfer, or online through PayU or PayPal. ERP plans are billed annually, aligned to your academic year rather than ours. For project work — a website, an app, a custom module — each stage is invoiced as it is agreed; the Terms of Service set that out.

Your rate is fixed for the term you sign. Features released during that term are included — we do not move an existing customer onto a higher plan because a module they already use got better.
