In practice: the platform runs on Amazon Web Services rather than a machine in your office, every connection is encrypted with TLS, backups run daily, each institution’s records are kept separate, and access is limited by the role your administrator assigns. We never hold card details — online payments go to a regulated gateway. You can export everything at any time, and we delete it on your written instruction. Our ERP integrates Student Management, Staff Management, Certificate Management, Attendance Management, Library Management, Examination Management, Fees Management, Account Management, Stock Management, Staff Payroll Management, Online Admission Management, Conveyance Management, SMS Management and User Management into a single system. Integration of other modules like Hostel Management, Visitor Management, Alumni Management, Document Management System and others can easily be done on demand. Automation of the attendance system using RFID / biometric devices, and of the library system using barcode readers or RFID tags, can easily be done. Publishing of report cards and online fee payment management can be done from a website managed by another organization, as we provide APIs which can easily be integrated. Our team is competent enough to design and develop any customizations required by the customers.

A module wise user manual with a step by step guide is made available inside the application for reference. Well trained executives are available on call, mail or chat as per requirement to support our customers. An internal issue tracking management system is integrated in the application to automatically track issues, so that our technical team can fix errors at the earliest.

The ERP is priced per student, per year — not per module and not per teacher login — so the figure depends on your strength and on whether you want the parent app, online payment and attendance hardware. You own it. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 your institution is the Data Fiduciary and we are a processor acting on your instruction. We will export everything — students, staff, attendance, marks, fees, accounts and documents — in a readable format at any time and at no charge, whether or not you are leaving, and we delete our copies on your written instruction. Yes. The product can be customized as per the requirements of the Institution — adding, customizing or removing modules, custom designed colour or grayscale report cards, automation of attendance using RFID / biometric devices, library automation and online fee payment. Institutions can also get a mobile app published in the name of their own Institution.

We offer free support for 3 months from website or mobile app launch. After that we charge according to our various price packages. The scope of free support covers bug fixing and email support, and excludes issues related to site architecture, rule changes and add-ons or enhancements.
