Student Management
Includes Admission, Class Information, Class Promotion, Student Information, Student Profile, Name Slip, QR Code and Identity card modules. Module is used to view / modify students’ records and generate various types of reports in excel sheets and PDFs.
Staff Management
This module is used to add / view / modify Staff details. This module can be used to manage staff leave information, staff identity card and staff database form. Automatic login id is generated for staff on entry of their name.
Attendance Management
This module is used to manage attendance of students either month wise or on daily basis, manage list of holidays, and send messages to absent / present / both students as per the decision of Institution. Integrated with RFID / Biometric for automation of Attendance.
Certificate Management
This module is used to issue Character Certificate, College Certificate (Current & Previous), College Leaving Certificate & Transfer Certificate. Certificate Issued Report to get report of all certificates issued and setting to customize the content of certificates.
Library Management
This module can be used to register Book details, issue books, view book information and issue information, return books and book issuing, book return, library fine management and settings. This can further be customized to automate the entire processes.
Examination Management

This module is used to keep records of various assets like computer, printer, lab equipment, Table, chair, Almirah etc. Users can add various categories as per their requirement and then keep record of the stock.

Online Admission can be managed for various classes, data will automatically be added to the system, OTP and SMS sent at every stage, fees could be collected through online mode.
Routine Management
Routine generation can be done by manual drag and drop method based on various criteria which can be edited by the Institute. Teacher wise or class wise routine can be printed along with master routine sheet in excel format.
Conveyance Management
This module is used to manage the details of students who avail the Institute transport facilities. Bills can be generated in the name of the institution or third party as per convenience from the Fees Management module.
User Management
User Management module is used to assign role based login access to various users based on the decision of the admin. Admin can also keep a track of the visit logs and activities of the users.
Alumni Management
Automatically transfer and maintain record of passed out students in the alumni portal with option for the alumni to update their profile and remain connected to the college and their batchmates.
Online Grievance Redressal
Option for lodging grievances online with option to send a copy to the relevant authorities and also hiding the details of the sender student / staff and also track the status of the complaint.
