Student Management

Includes admission, class information, class promotion, student information, student profile, name slip, QR code and identity card modules. Used to view / modify students’ records and generate various types of reports in Excel sheets and PDFs.

Staff Management

Used to add / view / modify staff details, manage staff leave information, staff identity card and staff database form. An automatic login id is generated for staff on entry of their name.

Attendance Management

Manage attendance of students either month wise or on a daily basis, manage the list of holidays, and send messages to absent / present / both students as per the decision of the Institution. Integrated with RFID / biometric for automation of attendance.

Certificate Management

Issue character certificates, college certificates (current & previous), college leaving certificates and transfer certificates. A certificate issued report gives you all certificates issued, and settings let you customize the content of certificates.

Library Management

Register book details, issue books, view book and issue information, return books, manage library fines and settings. This can further be customized to automate the entire process.

Examination Management

Subject register, marks tabulation, result generation, summary sheet for college record, merit list and student admit card — customized to add new subjects or modify evaluation marks. The report card can be custom designed in colour and grayscale as per the choice of the Institution.

Fee Management

100% customizable fee management system. Institutions have the flexibility to manage class wise and section wise fee structures, integrate a payment gateway to collect fees online, and manage conveyance charges.

Account Management

Accounting system for not-for-profit organizations with receipt-payment and income-expenditure reports, customized ledger and transactions which can be edited as per requirement, staff salary details and staff PF record maintenance.

Stock Management

Keep records of various assets like computers, printers, lab equipment, tables, chairs and almirahs. Users can add various categories as per their requirement and then keep record of the stock.

Online Admission Management

Online admission can be managed for various classes, data is automatically added to the system, OTP and SMS are sent at every stage, and fees can be collected through online mode.

Routine Management

Routine generation can be done by a manual drag-and-drop method based on various criteria which can be edited by the Institute. Teacher wise or class wise routines can be printed along with the master routine sheet in Excel format.

Conveyance Management

Manage the details of students who avail the Institute transport facilities. Bills can be generated in the name of the institution or a third party as per convenience from the Fees Management module.

User Management

Assign role based login access to various users based on the decision of the admin. The admin can also keep track of the visit logs and activities of the users.

Alumni Management

Automatically transfer and maintain records of passed out students in the alumni portal, with an option for the alumni to update their profile and remain connected to the college and their batchmates.

Online Grievance Redressal

Lodge grievances online with an option to send a copy to the relevant authorities, hide the details of the sender student / staff, and track the status of the complaint.

SMS Management

Facilities to send SMS to an entire class / student / number / staff, with an option to save templates for quick selection. SMS sending is integrated with the Attendance and Fees modules.

College On Web was designed to ease the huge task of managing the school records by the administration. We keep on adding new features to the application on a regular basis. All the modules have various sub-modules which have been organized in such an easy to remember way that users do not need to get confused every time regarding the various options. Most of the PDFs and Excel sheets generated from our application has been custom designed and formatted for premium feel and look.

Your institution owns the data; we process it on your instruction and for nothing else. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you are the Data Fiduciary and we are the processor. In practice: the platform runs on Amazon Web Services rather than a machine in your office, every connection is encrypted with TLS, backups run daily, each institution’s records are kept separate, and access is limited by the role your administrator assigns. We never hold card details — online payments go to a regulated gateway. You can export everything at any time, and we delete it on your written instruction. Modules such as hostel, visitor and document management can be added on request. Attendance can be automated with RFID or biometric devices, and the library with barcode readers or RFID tags. Report cards and online fee payment can be published on a website run by another agency — we provide the APIs for it.
